General
Welcome to OpenRSA’s forum for proposing next steps. OpenRSA (http://openrsa.wikispaces.com/) is an informal group of Fellows and friends committed to improving RSA networking and project development. What can we do ourselves? What’s achievable with a minimum of RSA institutional help? Vote on these ideas and/or propose your own.

Once-a-week JAS conversation and connection meetup
RSA provides space at John Adam Street for a half-day informal meetup once a week on the lines of http://tuttleclub.wordpress.com/ The only requirement on Fellows is that they spend some of their time on how to develop RSA networking for civic innovation. Staff commit to dropping in as well.

Connection toolkits blend RSAN, events & other tools
RSA staff and Fellows work together to create flexible communication toolkit for regions and interest groups as outlined here http://is.gd/jZtV The kits help Fellows organise meetups, use the RSA networks platform, and add in their own tools. RSA develops its own matching kit to make sure things join up

Collaborative leadership for the Fellowship
Matthew Taylor's vision of a network for civic innovation inspired many of us in 2007. We now hear little of that - and it isn't clear how networking relates to overall RSA purpose. We need a new style of leadership (though not a new leader) which helps Fellows identify with and support overall RSA aims, and also contribute their own ideas within that broad framework. We need a clear invitation, and clear support.
